Calling all Process Enthusiasts! Through the collective efforts of seasoned corporate innovators, we are delighted to share with you a collection of action-oriented and barrier free guidance, to jump-start or re-charge your own process improvement efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This blog is for the rest of us<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>– middle managers and junior employees who have the same passion as our C-Suite colleagues but without the luxuries of C-Suite influence (or paychecks). <\/p>\n\n\n\n Why is this important? Because we believe process improvement should be part of EVERY corporate employee’s day to day. And we believe that the barriers to making this possible are actually within your current powers to remove or minimize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have spent numerous years initiating process improvement from within large, barrier-filled environments with great success (and plenty of failures too!).
