Ideas to Improve your Organization
The new world where everything we do is a process the process improvement has become a very core part of work. I agree the process improvement should be part of the work or an extra work however I belive getting a person who looks process as the process rather than a way to complete a work. When you look process as a way to do a work then you will try to find the best and risk free way. Thank you for the really good pod cast.
Thanks Shibu! I agree, it really does make such a difference to have someone look after the organization’s process with the specific goal of improving them. It can be easy to get bogged down in the daily grind and lose sight of our long-term growth vision.
